Success for Life

Success for Life

The meaning of success differs from person to person. Some people imagine wealth as success others consider themselves successful when they get fame. Some people feel successful when they get what they want, or they do what gives them happiness. Being successful has a vast meaning. Walter Disney the founder of Walt Disney Company said, “If you can dream it, you can do it.” Believe in yourself and your abilities, there might be people who doubt your ability to succeed but don’t be afraid of them. Keep dreaming and keep trying to meet your goals.

Thomas Edison was one of the renowned American inventors. At a very young age, he developed an interest in chemical experiments and mechanical things. Though he lost all his hearing power at the age of 12 but never got discouraged by his disability. He said, “Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.” He is a perfect example of trial and error. He failed many times but never gave up and tried again until got succeed. In the process of creating a light-bulb, he failed a thousand times but on asking he said, “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.” His mind often wanders in class, teachers told him that he will never get success in life as he was considered a dumb child. But the world knows that Thomas Edison was not only an inventor but also a prominent manufacturer and a successful business person.

One of the biggest fears in life is the fear of the unknown. We never know what’s going to happen tomorrow, but we can prepare for tomorrow by setting our goals today and start working on them. Never be afraid of failures, as Henry Ford said, “Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently.”
