Play is as important as prayer. There have been experiments where children have been 'taught' the usual subjects thru play. Playing relaxes the mind, opens up the hearts, teaches us to trust those we play with and guard against our opponents. Don't underestimate 'Play'.

Modesty Anas (RA) narrated: Allah's Messenger (saw) said, 'Every Deen has a distinctive quality, and the distinctive quality of Islam is Modesty.' Abu Hurairah(RA) narrated: The Prophet (saw) said, 'Iman (Faith) has more than sixty branches, and Al Haya (modesty) too is a branch of Iman.'
